Tour Schedules

Schools locations can be changed by Tour Director at anytime.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. The DEPOSIT for ALL Tours is equal to $400.00 .

2. The DEPOSIT is non-refundable.

3. Please contact our office for the cost of tour.


All Tours Include: R/T Airfare, breakfast, snacks, Hotel Accommodations, Charter Bus Accommodations, Tour Backpack, Tour Workbook/Journal, and Tour Disc that provides information about Financial Aid and Scholarships.


If you make your payment online there is a 3% convenience fee because we use a 3rd party as a convenience to parents.


Cancellation Policy:
If a STRD HBCU Tour participant has to cancel, the below cancellation policy will apply:

*The Registration Fee equal to $400.00 is non-refundable and required to reserve a seat on the tour.


Cancellation Penalty:
90 days prior to departure: 1st – 4th Installment including deposit
60 days prior to departure: No Refund
